Yahrzeit Memorial Plaques

Our memorial plaques are mounted in our sanctuary. We cannot think of a more appropriate way to honor our loved ones than to have them with us in the sanctuary as we pray, and as we celebrate life-cycle events.

The printing on the plaque includes the name of our loved one, in English as well as Hebrew (if desired) and the dates of death based on both the Jewish calendar and the Gregorian (modern-day) calendar.

The plaques will be ordered upon receipt of full payment. Placement in the sanctuary will occur when the plaque is received (usually 6 to 10 weeks from order date).

* Name of Person to be Honored (as it should be engraved)

* Which family member is the person being honored related to and what is the relationship? (This information is for the Yahrzeit and will NOT be included on the plaque.)

* Gregorian date of death

Would you like the Hebrew name and Jewish calendar date on the plaque? (If you just want the Jewish calendar date, select "No" and you will then have the option to include just the Jewish calendar date.)
