Making and Breaking Bread Together RSVP 9/25/24

We will explore the "Roundness and Wholeness" of the holiday Challah. We will look at the traditions of a Rosh Hashanah meal and ways to honor and build on those. We will ask the question, "If you were hosting the meal, what would you say to welcome your guests as you place the holiday Challah on the table?"

There will be food to sample (with recipes available) and a hands-on opportunity to make a Crown Challah under the auspices of a professional baker. And there will be an opportunity to order a holiday Challah.

The program is open to members and non-members, Jews and the broad Interfaith community, applicable for ages 6+. There is a $8.00 price per person to cover the cost of the dough and related supplies.
